Cabernet Sauvignon Signature Selection (Bianchi Vineyards)

Our Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon has quickly become a fan favorite.
Paso Robles has been recognized as a region making some of the best
Cabernet Sauvignons in the world, and Bianchi’s 2015 vintage is a
great example of the quality coming out of the region. With a dark red
hue that holds all the way up to the edge of the glass, the 2015
Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon tempts the palate with bright cherry
scent, subtle hints of crisp fresh mint and undertones of woodsy
leather. If that doesn’t get the mouth to water, the hint of sweet candy will
lead you to the first sip. Take the first taste, and the layers unravel, first
taking you to your favorite artisan coffee shop, with a strong earth
coffee favor. The cab has a long, chalky finish with lingering earth and
tobacco at the end.
