Caposardo is a red wine with Controlled Denomination of Origin, Cannonau di Sardegna obtained from 100% Cannonau grapes. Wine of a deep ruby ​​red color, with the scent of small red fruits and delicate balsamic notes. Slightly spicy. On the palate it is sapid, moderately warm and soft. Silky tannins and long finish. Perfectly accompanies red and white meat, semi-mature cheeses and grilled fish.
